Phase I of OPERATION NINJA has ended, and it’s time for the OAS gang to leave Mexico. But before they go, there are several loose ends to tie up before it’s time for some R&R.

President Alexander sends Teresa Lopez and Julian Taylor to London to coordinate with MI5 and MI6 before initiating a ninja-type operation to shut down the cartels and jihadists in the Triple Frontier. Teresa has a dust-up with the foreign minister. Alexander then sends Teresa south to sell his plan to Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.

Intrigue, politics, and assassination attempts provide the action as Teresa charms, schemes, and shoots her way across the Southern Cone while SEALs, Deltas, Recon Marines, and the Coast Guard mix it up on the ocean and in the jungles.

Operation Ninja Phase I ended with an assassination attempt on Mexico's president, and Phase II is underway. The story begins with President Wolf’s return to Mexico City. SecWar’s surprise weapon is spectacular.
